Register for an EORI number
An EORI number is an Economic Operator Registration and Identification number. If you are a UK importer, please make sure you register for an UK EORI number. If you are exporting goods from UK into EU, please make sure that either you or your importer has a EU EORI number.

Have your VAT number confirmed (Only applicable for UK Importers)
The UK Government has announced that the deferment VAT accounting scheme will be applied to UK imports by traders registered for VAT. Further information can be found at www.gov.uk
