Incomplete Customs Declaration (UCC)

What is Incomplete Customs Declaration?

Based on the Union Customs Code (UCC), customs authorities allow, under certain conditions, that some information need not be included in the standard customs declaration. This procedure is called an incomplete customs declaration.

To simplify the procedure as much as possible, some of the documents often do not have to be enclosed. This does not affect the regularity of the procedure. In principle, a UCC is possible for almost all customs procedures – be it an incomplete import declaration or an incomplete export declaration.
