One-Stage Export Procedure

What is a One-Stage Export Procedure?

One-Stage Export Procedure refers to the export of goods in small consignments. These are goods:

  • whose value does not exceed 3,000 euros,
  • for which no trade policy measures under foreign trade law (e.g. export licence requirement) or market regulation law (e.g. licence requirement) are applicable and
  • whose export does not conflict with prohibitions and restrictions (e.g. waste law or species protection) and
  • where the country of destination is not subject to embargo measures.

In this case, the goods can be presented directly at the customs office of exit and the export declaration can be transmitted there electronically.
